Will my seats be together?

Yes, you will sit together in pairs, unless specified otherwise (single seats only). For groups of three or more, we do our best to place you together however it is not guarantee.

These may be alongside one to another, diagonally connected, one behind the other, with stairs or another fan between. We will always prioritize the option of pairs alongside one to another.

Where will my seats be in the venue?
In many cases, a seating map is available to help you better understand the location of the selected category. You can view it by hovering over the category. Please note that we sell tickets based on the seating categories shown on our website, not by specific seat, row, or block numbers. These categories may not always match the official organizer's naming. Exact seat details are usually only available once the tickets have been delivered.
Can I buy tickets that are personalised with someone else's name on them?
Your Ticket Net permits third-party sellers to list and sell tickets through its platform. In certain cases, the name of the original purchaser may appear on the tickets issued to the buyer. These tickets remain valid, and entry to the event does not require the attendee's name to match the name printed on the ticket.
I haven't received an email confirming my order

There are several possible reasons why you may not have received your order confirmation email yet:

  • Your order was not completed due to a payment issue
  • Your email address may have been entered incorrectly – contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
  • Our emails may be going to your spam or junk folder – please add us to your safe senders or allowed senders list.

How to find tickets for a particular event?
You can either choose the event from one of the links provided on the site in the different sections, or enter the event name in the search bar.
Why is the price printed on the ticket different to what I paid?
The price printed on the ticket reflects the original purchase price, also known as the face value, paid by the original buyer. The price displayed on our website is the amount requested by the seller. These prices reflect current market value and may vary depending on supply and demand.
Are Children Required to Have a Ticket to Attend a Match?
Ticket requirements for children vary depending on the club and the match, so we recommend checking the club's admission policy before booking your tickets.
When will I receive my tickets?

No need to worry — we are closely monitoring your order.

Event organizers often release tickets in the weeks leading up to the event, and in some cases only a few days before it takes place. As soon as your tickets are dispatched, you will be notified by email. Please rest assured that your order is fully covered by our guarantee.

During the week of the event, you will also receive emails from our delivery team with information about the delivery process and the estimated timing of your ticket delivery.

Where and when do I pick up my tickets?

Most ticket deliveries are electronic, so in the majority of cases your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. We recommend checking your email carefully during the week of the event, as we will send you all the necessary instructions for receiving your tickets.

Please make sure to provide your best contact email address and phone number when placing your order so we can coordinate the delivery with you if needed.

In some cases, tickets may be made available for collection at or near the event. If this applies to your order, you will receive an email with the collection details and location once everything has been finalized. Please note that the delivery method is determined by the seller and cannot be selected by the customer.

Can I pick up my tickets instead of having them shipped?
Please note that tickets are usually delivered one to two days before the event, and the delivery method is generally determined by the seller. We will keep you informed throughout the process and notify you of the delivery method assigned to your order.
Is it possible to receive my tickets earlier?
Due to the nature of our business, tickets are generally not released until the week before the event, so we are unable to guarantee earlier shipment or delivery. If earlier delivery becomes possible, we will contact you to arrange the next steps. Please note that the timing and method of delivery are determined by the seller and are not something we can choose or control. In most cases, delivery takes place during the week of the event.
Can I cancel or change tickets?
Yourticketnet is a marketplace, all sales are final, thus, no changes or cancellations can be made.
What to if an event has been postponed or rescheduled?
You do not need to take any action. Your tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event. Events are considered confirmed unless there has been an official announcement stating that the event has been cancelled.
What happens if the event is cancelled by the organizer?
If the event is officially cancelled by the organizer, you will receive an email outlining the available options, including a full refund.
I haven’t received my refund yet. What should I do?
Refunds typically take up to 30 days to be processed, depending on your credit card provider’s procedures. If this period has already passed and you still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you.
What should I do if my payment was declined?

Please note that all payments on our website are processed through a 3D Secure payment platform, so you should first make sure that your card is enabled for this type of payment.

If your card is already set up correctly, there may still be a restriction on your maximum online transaction limit. We recommend contacting your bank or card issuer using the phone number on the back of your card to confirm that the payment can be authorised.

For security reasons, some banks may temporarily block the transaction until they can confirm that the purchase is being made by the cardholder. In most cases, they will be able to assist you and approve the payment for YourTicketNet.

How can I reset my password?
